As you probably know, there are shoes for just about every sport imaginable. There are few sports that do not have a special shoe that is meant to improve the way you play while using them. Yet many people cannot afford to always acquire all the extra sports equipment like shoes that are necessary. Many beginner golfers often ponder whether it is really critical to purchase golfing shoes to really play golf. In attempting to balance money matters with safety concerns there are a couple of things that you need to keep in mind.

Golf Shoes are Expensive and Not Used That Often

Nike golf shoes are one of the pieces of apparel you can use to improve your game. If you have only played golf in casual footwear so far, or if you’re just looking for a way to improve your general game, buying a good pair of golf shoes can make a huge difference. Just like in other sports, the shoes you have on can seriously affect your performance.

I picked up one of those ‘Golfing for Women’ type magazines the other week and got to asking myself where these women actually live, who wear the golf attire shown in women’s golfing magazines? I have never seen women, not even the pros, wearing such expensive and flamboyant clothing.

It’s easy to spend money fitting yourself out for golf: hats, sunglasses, gloves, shirts, shorts, socks, windbreakers and shoes all add up quickly, even if you shop at the sales. Then factor in equipment, bag and cart and you have to play quite often to keep the “CPU” – cost per use down to an acceptable level.
